The Flat Earth Imbecile

Hmm, I haven't heard anything since...do you suppose he's grabbed the flat earth cash and run?

The last articles were dated 28 November saying he had temporarily cancelled his flight.

If he's clever enough to build a rocket he's clever enough to keep any proceeds that come his way. Maybe he'll write a book and start a new religion.

It's hard to tell, isn't it.

"One man's theology is another man's belly laugh."

. Notice how Antarctica is actually a ring around the earth, tall enough to keep the oceans from sloshing over the sides.

They can't be serious. It must be someones idea of a joke, a bit of notoriety, stir the pot....
It is a bit of both. There are a significant number who enjoy inventing a physics that could make such a thing possible as an intellectual challenge, like members of the Flat Earth Society. Then there are some dimwits that actually believe and the ones who know better but have found they can make money by pandering to the believers.

Kinda like crop circles. There are those who enjoy the geometric challenge and stealth required to make them. Then there are those believes who accept whatever story those writing books and giving talks present as explanation to fleece the gullible.

From the Flat Earth Society's wiki. Notice how Antarctica is actually a ring around the earth, tall enough to keep the oceans from sloshing over the sides.

That was my thought also. They are having a joke at our at expense. Shaq said believed in a flat earth but quickly said he was kidding. The ones who are serious what do they believe is holding up the earth.

Oh, look, proof, here's how the Earth is being supported.....
