You might find this humorous but I don't. Today's population is so stupid and dumb this is probably an honest effort to reach some of them. And Im not laughing because I can see where mankind is heading.

I don't see anything wrong with attempting to teach school kids about government through entertaining means. School House Rock remains one of my all-time favorites in this regard.
I just can't stop laughing at how incredible bad these particular politicians are in it.
Look, this is the absolute first rap rule - stay on the beat. Great rappers can play with this, syncopating and whatnot, but these guys...are not great.
To my very unprofessional ears, it sounds like they were rapping without the benefit of the music to guide them. It's as though someone handed them a line and they read it straight, then someone else overlaid the music on top.
Or it's just a horrible attempt at acting cool. Either way.
At least the Utah legislature seems to know how laws are supposed to get created and passed. Honestly, whether they did has seemed a bit unclear at times.
