Sen. Feinstein Claims She Received Info On Kavanaugh And Sent It To FBI

And just so they can't claim they didn't see it: Trausti, do you believe a perjoring blackmail risk is an appropriate candidate for a SCOTUS position?
Derec, do YOU believe that a perjoring blackmail risk is an appropriate candidate for SCOTUS?

I don't believe either of you have answered this. You both have a lot to say about the sex scandal, but how do you stand on things that real patriots care about?

Apparently he does believe that. Justice is dead if Cheato can't force an anti-choice extremist onto the court who says presidents should enjoy total immunity from prosecution, investigation and consequences for any heinous act he may commit.

Do you believe someone willing to access documents illegally belongs there? Do you think someone with financial vulnerabilities belongs on the SCOTUS?

As long as it's not a democrat, y'know. If he's faintly racist and panders to the Trump base of propaganda victims, it's all good.

If you do not believe a perjoring blackmail risk belongs on the Supreme Court, you have an obligation to fight his nomination. Period.

That is so 2016. In this New Age, perjoring, kompromatted attempted rapists and child molesters are all the rage within the propaganda-soaked alt-right.

Warning: My client re Kavanaugh has previously done work within the State Dept, U.S. Mint, & DOJ. She has been granted multiple security clearances in the past including Public Trust & Secret. The GOP and others better be very careful in trying to suggest that she is not credible

Avenatti is hinting that Kavanaugh and others of his schoolmates would get girls/women drunk then gang rape or gang bang them. He says he has multiple witnesses.

Damn!

Here’s a rather interesting irony, seems like Brett ole’ boy doesn’t have the greatest memory himself.

However, Dolphin said she never kissed Kavanaugh.

“I think Brett must have me confused with someone else, because I never kissed him," she said.

Also, he’s a douchebag embedding his “conquests” in everyone’s yearbook. This is one of the women who initially signed his letter of support, only to find out later what he wrote about her in his yearbook and she’s disgusted.

“I learned about these yearbook pages only a few days ago,” Dolphin said in a statement to The Times. “I don’t know what ‘Renate Alumnus’ actually means. I can’t begin to comprehend what goes through the minds of 17-year-old boys who write such things, but the insinuation is horrible, hurtful and simply untrue. I pray their daughters are never treated this way. I will have no further comment.”

Dolphin was among 64 other women who signed a letter earlier this month saying they knew Kavanaugh during their high school years, which also stated “he has behaved honorably and treated women with respect.”

However, that was prior to Dolphin learning of the way her name was being referenced in the school.

He's not a perjurer. But his accuser's story has these glaring holes and inconsistencies which you choose to ignore.

Ho hum . . .

A jury has ordered a female blogger to pay an Army colonel she accused of rape a total of $8.4million in damages.

Susan Shannon, 52, who now lives in Everett, Washington, first alleged that she was sexually assaulted by Army Colonel David 'Wil' Riggins in 1986, while they were both cadets, on her blog in 2013.

She said she waited three decades to come forward about her experience because of the army's 'code of silence'.

But Riggins, also 52, who vehemently denied the claims, said the 'false' allegations had cost him a sparkling military career.

The dude's a media whore. Whatever he can do to get on camera. Why is creepy porn lawyer part of this anyway?

Credible? How credible? Simply because it supports your politics? Ford gave five names of the people at her "party." She was one. All of the other four have denied it. Ramirez wasn't certain it was Kavanaugh after 30+ years. No one can corroborate her allegations. Only after SIX days of coaxing by her attorney did she become "certain" it was Kavanaugh. Shame on you.

Nobody has denied it. What they have said is they can't remember it, which is a very different thing. Remembering one small party of many that long ago would be the unusual thing even if we don't consider the blackout drinking that at least one of those others engaged in.

Holy fucking shit cake.

In other words, there's no question about the dick incident, only a question of whose dick. That's a long way towards confirming her story.

Ah, no one can corroborate her story that it happened. No one. She gave witness names. And no one. She herself said, if it happened, she wasn't sure it was Kavanaugh. But six days with her lawyer and it became super clear after 30+ years. It's a #metoo miracle!

Oh, come on. The end result is the same - the absence of evidence in support of the accusation.

Not remembering something happening is not the same as remembering it not happening.

You didn't answer the question.

Well, whatever one thinks of Avenatti’s style and methods, I believe he’s batting around 1000 in terms of backing up his claims so far.

Brett Kavanaugh’s page in his high school yearbook offers a glimpse of the teenage years of the man who is now President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee: lots of football, plenty of drinking, parties at the beach. Among the reminiscences about sports and booze is a mysterious entry: “Renate Alumnius.”

The word “Renate” appears at least 14 times in Georgetown Preparatory School’s 1983 yearbook, on individuals’ pages and in a group photo of nine football players, including Judge Kavanaugh, who were described as the “Renate Alumni.” It is a reference to Renate Schroeder, then a student at a nearby Catholic girls’ school.

Two of Judge Kavanaugh’s classmates say the mentions of Renate were part of the football players’ unsubstantiated boasting about their conquests.

“They were very disrespectful, at least verbally, with Renate,” said Sean Hagan, a Georgetown Prep student at the time, referring to Judge Kavanaugh and his teammates. “I can’t express how disgusted I am with them, then and now.”

...

This month, Renate Schroeder Dolphin joined 64 other women who, saying they knew Judge Kavanaugh during their high school years, signed a letter to the leaders of the Senate Judiciary Committee, which is weighing Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination. The letter stated that “he has behaved honorably and treated women with respect.”

When Ms. Dolphin signed the Sept. 14 letter, she wasn’t aware of the “Renate” yearbook references on the pages of Judge Kavanaugh and his football teammates.

“I learned about these yearbook pages only a few days ago,” Ms. Dolphin said in a statement to The New York Times.

Alexandra Walsh, a lawyer for Judge Kavanaugh, said in a statement: “Judge Kavanaugh was friends with Renate Dolphin in high school. He admired her very much then, and he admires her to this day.

“Judge Kavanaugh and Ms. Dolphin attended one high school event together and shared a brief kiss good night following that event,” the statement continued. “They had no other such encounter. The language from Judge Kavanaugh’s high school yearbook refers to the fact that he and Ms. Dolphin attended that one high school event together and nothing else.”

Ms. Dolphin said she had never kissed Judge Kavanaugh. “I think Brett must have me confused with someone else, because I never kissed him,” she said through her lawyer.

In an interview on Fox News on Monday, Judge Kavanaugh defended his high school behavior in general terms. “People might have had too many beers on occasion and people generally in high school — I think all of us have probably done things we look back on in high school and regret or cringe a bit,” he said.

A White House spokesman, Raj Shah, declined to comment beyond the statement from Judge Kavanaugh’s lawyer.

Four of the men who were pictured with Judge Kavanaugh in a photo captioned “Renate Alumni” said it was simply a reference to their dating or going to dances with Ms. Dolphin.
