Forgery suspect killed by cop restricting his airway

Update on those Molotovs being tossed in Brooklyn.

Upstate NY Woman Behind Molotov Cocktail Attack on NYPD Officers, 2 Others Federally Charged

NBC NY said:
Three people have been arrested by the FBI and have been charged federally with trying to set off Molotov cocktails against the NYPD on Friday night.
Samantha Shader, 27, of Catskill, New York was charged with allegedly throwing a Molotov cocktail at an NYPD vehicle that was occupied by four police officers.
In addition, Colinford Mattis, 32, and Urooj Rahman, 31, of Brooklyn, face charges of being in possession of explosive device components after Rahman had allegedly tossed a Molotov cocktail at an NYPD vehicle before fleeing with Mattis.

Samantha Shader and her sister Darian (who only faces state charges) had been identified before.

I could not find anything on Urooj Rahman, but Insta and Twitter accounts by that name have been deleted. Colinford Mattis is almost certainly this guy, a New York lawyer and member of Brooklyn Community Board 5. I wonder if he and Urooj are dating. Some men do really stupid shit for pussy!

Edited to add:

Found Urooj Rahman.

She is also apparently a lawyer, and a mass-migration activist.
Pretty girl, but crazy. And imho not worth catching federal charges for.

IMHO,in a better world the looters would all be rounded up by the national guard and processed. After that then placed on mandatory work teams to replace and fix every broken window and other damage they caused to the community.

It would be their justice and punishment. And it would also provide looters with free education and skills in the construction trades for future employment.

I'd be all for it if they rounded up this guy and those like him. -You know, the WHITE people who actually started doing that shit.
But I don't think the cops or the feds want this guy spilling their beans:

So you want ONLY white people who commit crimes arrested, but want to give a pass to black people?

Typical lefty racism! I think everybody who is rioting or looting or setting fires should be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But I guess you think laws should only apply to white people.

Remind me again, who are the thugs?

And surprise, surprise, it looks like the governor of MN and mayor of MNpolis have been lying about most of those arrested being from out of state.
KARE 11 Investigates: Records show arrests so far are mostly in-state

Not that most being out of state would prove that they are agitators and not true believers. Far left extremists have been known to travel long distances . Most of the anti-pipeline activists who descended on the DAPL construction site in 2016 drove or flew >1000 miles to get there.

The facts in the article do not support the headline. They simply looked at arrests--with no indication of whether the arrest was related to the protests.

That's pure speculation on his part, but I guess it fits the party line.

Why would they "likely" be white supremacists?

By the way, I saw shirtless black guys with hammers breaking registers at Target. Speaking of "hammers". But I guess those were "white supremacists" in blackface.

At this point does it really matter? We should just form separate ethnostates.

So we reward the neo-nazis for being scumbags?

No one said it was. But assuming that the police could have prevented rioting and looting to spread is typical reactionary hand-waving.
Totally prevented it? No. But they could have kept it in check.

Had ATLPD showed more force against those breaking shit and looting stores downtown, they would not have been able to move north and start breaking things and looting stores in Buckhead.

Ferguson police was criticized for their response to #BLMers protesting the justified shooting of Michael Brown, but while there was looting and destruction, it was localized to the West Florissant area and did not spread many miles further.

Talking to these sonsuvbitches like they are some misbehaving kindergartners obviously doesn't work.

Which sonsuvbitches do you mean? The ones who kill unarmed citizens who are handcuffed and prone on the ground?

Nah. A Napa store is more important than a black man’s life.

And Derec, there have been so many unarmed black men and children murdered by police.

For example, many feminists, although they are extremely anxious about men's violence towards women, also appear to believe that there's nothing about men that makes them more violent except "the patriarchy"--that men are socialised to be more violent and that explains all of the discrepancy. This seems to me a wholesale denial of biology, and, if not a denial of biology, an implicit assumption that socialisation is more important than biology (and that the proposed socialisation fixes are adequate and justified).

Yes, but the right is just as dogmatic that all differences are internal and there is no discrimination at all.

Aren't you the one who preaches "Hindsight is 20/20." when it comes to criticizing the police?

Now why do you assume that the two different situations in two different regions with two different histories would react identically to the same strategies?

From a practical standpoint, they bring experience
Skin color != experience.
You can have a newbie black person and an experienced white person.

Of course, that is why they specified the organizers. But even so, a black person will, obviously, have more experience dealing with police reactions to black people than a white person will. The white person might get more belligerent when the black person knows it's time to get away. It is silly, isn't it, to suggest a white person would have more experience with that? I mean, perhaps aside from young children.

of how to react to police overreacting.
Police did not overreact. They underreacted, allowing rioting and looting to spread.

There were a number of cases whether police did overreact, such as firing rubber bullets on a medic tent. There's a video compilation from which most people can learn that there were plenty of overreactions.
