Polls of the Presidential Race

Put the eedjit in your ignore file. He can't be educated and he just trashes up threads with nonsense. All he is looking for is attention. "I owned a lib!".

There is none so blind as those who don't want to see. If I'm any kind of judge of character, even a poor one. I can't see a majority of American sheeples voting for the unknown of the left's agenda of steering the nation towards even further leftwards, and taking away their guns.

The choice couldn't be any clearer. The future and hope, or chaos and division like in so many Democrat run states and cities.

As Melanie Trump said in her speech at the GOP convention yesterday......." I encourage people to focus on our future, while still learning from our past. I also ask people to stop the violence and looting being done in the name of justice, and never make assumptions based on the colour of a person's skin. Instead of tearing things down, let's reflect on our mistakes."

Yes, yes. Vote for the guy who says he will stop the violence that will come when the other guy is elected even though the violence is happening under his watch.

Irony, big fan.

I was going to mention this. It's really insane that Trump and his sycophants are trying to blame Biden for the mess in the country when he has bee president for over 3 years and Biden hasn't been in any governmental role for over 3 years. Trump talks about cleaning up the mess if he's reelected. Why the fuck can't he clean up the mess now? Everything the man touches turns to shit. Why don't people see that? Why? I think it's because the entire Republican Party has become a cult of personality. Jim Jones, but on a much larger, more potentially dangerous scale.

I've noticed that Biden et al are beginning to emphasize this fact in the last few days. Biden spoke about it this morning in an interview on MSNBC, and Harris gave a speech early this afternoon, where she blasted Trump. The Dems can't be complacent. It's good to give a unity message, but they must keep reminding people that Trump created the mess in the country, not Biden. Trump and company added greatly to the deficit to help the wealthiest, those who need the money the least. Trump gave crumbs to the plebs. If Trump got his way, SS and M'care will be damaged greatly. M'care for all? How about Trump's wish of M'care for nobody? Trump is the man who is destroying America, not Biden or the Dems. Trump seems to get off on chaos.

I just hope that people will vote. I keep hearing people being interviewed say that they don't like either candidate so they will sit out the vote this year. My 42 year old neighbor has told me the same thing. Biden isn't exciting enough and she doesn't care for Trump. WTF! That is a possible problem. The question is who will be most impacted by voter apathy this year, not to mention voter suppression?

Ah yes. But the Trump has only been in government a few minutes as compared to groping Biden's more than half a century, 8 of those years as VP!

St. Louis and Lake counties went to Clinton in 2016. Clinton's victory margin for Minnesota was 1.5%. Minnesota is in play.

I noticed this post because it was at the top of the page.
Groper hasn't really climbed out of his basement yet. When he does emerge and people have a better look at the creep, those who are thinking of voting for him and Camel[a] ...
@ angelo — Question: Do you have trouble remembering how to spell Kamala's name? Are you a Trump supporter and are imitating your idol?

Or do you think misspelling her name provides useful insight, or negates her opinions? Should we call you Anne Jello to reflect our assessment of your intellectual strengths?

Have you no sense of humour at all in your snowflake psych?

Having a sense of humor could very likely be the source of the confusion as it isn't remotely funny. Humor actually needs a hook.

Trump tweets all of the fucking time -> President Ellipsis
Bombastic and has orange spray on tan -> Mango Menace

Camel[a] is just dumb, lazy, and without any pun value whatsoever. It seems more a cry for attention than anything else.

With respect (second time I've used this phrase today!): if someone can't be convinced to vote for a guy who would preserve abortion rights, fight for the environment, better protect SSN and medicare, enact reasonable measures to fight covid, protecting DACA, and etc: I can't help you.

Okay, three positive reasons.

1. Preserve abortion rights - several candidates have that.
2. Fight for the environment - although we agree this is important we disagree severely on how to do this. I found a candidate that I think does this, do you actually think your candidate does this?
3. Protect SSN and medicare - well, you consider that positive
4. Enact reasonable measure to fight covid - your candidate is going to end all this mask and shutdown nonsense? Seriously?
5. Protecting DACA - that's a big issue to some people.

You forgot one.

WAR and other foreign policy. Perhaps because you know your candidate fails on my biggest selling point.

That is all you needed to say, but here just let me emphasize it again:

your candidate is going to end all this mask and shutdown nonsense?

This is the kind of willfully uninformed poster we are "discussing" this topic with folks.

this mask and shutdown nonsense

Just remember that phrase when Jason posts in the future. He pretends not to be a conservative, but how many non-conservatives would say the above?

I read somewhere that some Q-Anonsense nutbars think they're lib'ruls...
Yes, IMHO there's a difference between conservatives and RW nutbars, but that might just be me.

Is 'trump shyness' or whatever the fuck they call it still a thing? Seems to me it's the opposite. The trumpfellators won't shut the fuck up long enough to tall them to fuck off these days.

Reminds me of the joke that libertarians are Republicans who like to smoke pot.

Admitted supporters are down to 31% now... :)
I am wondering if the 28% bottom feeders are going to end up being the only ones who will actually vote for Trump, and whether that will be enough to re-"elect" him once the suppression and cheating are done.

Lots, but you wouldn't notice that. So I was told that your candidate is great on dealing with Covid, which presumably means he is not a Branch Covidian who insists on the holy face cloth.

Also you failed to respond to what I wrote was my biggest selling point, but that's because you know where the candidates stand on that issue.

Reminds me of the joke that libertarians are Republicans who like to smoke pot.

Or Democrats who like money.

I need to make one clarification. Yes, it is true that I'm not a Branch Covidian. That doesn't mean I think the virus doesn't exist. It means I think, based on actual mortality rates, that it is completely overblown.

It also means you have no idea what you are talking about..

Reall Karen.

Google right now states we have 6.03M cases and 183k deaths. The US population is 331M. That means cases are 1.8% of the population and deaths are 0.055% of the population.

The above quote targeted Jason's Covid denialism. but the context-giving inner quote disappeared when I clicked Reply with Quote. Do I have something misconfigured?

I do find it interesting that Ds and Rs differ so sharply on non-ideological(?) matters. 80% of Rs but only 9% of Ds approve of federal Covid response.

What gives with that? Is it that the Party of Family Values approves of Grampa marching to the death camp so grand-kids can collect their trust funds sooner?

Reminds me of the joke that libertarians are Republicans who like to smoke pot.

There there. Libertarians are "fiscal conservatives" who like to smoke pot. As written you slur libertarians who are generally pro-Choice. Also, unlike the Partiers of Hate, libertarians think blacks should be at liberty to apply to the best schools and restaurants. (Though the schools and restaurants should be at liberty to deny admittance based on race.)

BTW, in the 20th century I called myself a libertarian, because I advocated market-based solutions (e.g. carbon tax) to account for external costs. It is the label "libertarian" which has transmogrified. In the previous century libertarians bonded with environmentalists to pass legislation like Clean Air Act and Cap'n'Trade. Present-day libertarians cannot advance beyond the thought: "Teh gummint id teh problem."

Thank you. I've wondered what posters like this think they're contributing. "Groper Joe" — Don't they know that just diverts attention back to pussy grabbing?

I think "camel" is a word associated with certain tight-fitting female attire, and assumed that angelo was being misogynistic. Like you, I didn't get the humor.

@ angelo — your style seems to be throwing out one-liners you find funny, but never answering questions you're asked. If you want to make a positive contribution, start a thread "Get honest answers from a Trump admirer." Until you do that, your posts remind us of nothing more than the stand-up comic who pulls down his pants and defecates on-stage. You might get a few confused guffaws, but nobody wants to come back for the next performance.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why the US is the worst affected nation during this pandemic.
