That data is bullshit, here is a proof: They cite data which shows fall of direct gas export to Ukraine and call it evidence.
In reality it was Ukrainian government who did that so they can claim "independence" from Russian gas.
In reality these assholes were "importing" russian gas through Europe, so gas went (through Ukraine) to EU than back to Ukraine. Obviously they were paying more for doing so, but it was their decision.
