What is really upsetting about this is not that another protestant "holy man" has called for a fatwah against homosexuals. That is no longer shocking nor particularly unusual. What bothers me is that even in something as extreme and as evil as this, the media does its very best to spin things in favor of Christianity.
The sign quite clearly calls for the killing of homosexuals, but just look at the banner placed under the sign by the TV "reporters." In order to put the best possible spin on a very evil man and his followers, they say "Church says no homosexuals."
"Says no"? Are you fucking kidding me? Calling for the murder of human beings is "saying no"?
I know the media is biased as fuck, but even by the standards of the American media this is breathtaking.
