Delusional? Consider some evidence from history: What happens when you take a baby boy and surgically make them into an approximation of a baby girl? Reality: You end up with about half of them being trans. This happens even when they don't know about the surgery.

"You're a man" is debunking. He was born with a penis. He still has the penis. What you can say is, "He's a man pretending to be a woman." But, this is a drag queen. If Contrapoints would just call himself a drag queen, that would be fine. He is NOT a woman though. Just like Piers Morgan is not a penguin.
