How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

What reasonable Ukranian was against the Maiden uprising?!! Yanuksonofabitch was awful. Incredibly corrupt. A Putler puppet. When the Ukranian legislature passed measures to increase trade with the EU, Yanukie illegally violated the measures. When people started to peacefully protest, Yanukie created an illegal private force and killed around 100 protestors! Jesus Christ, in the US, we impeach presidents for having kids who cheat on their taxes! The Ukranians had plenty of reasons to evict Yanukie without any US help!

Russia is wrong to invade Ukraine regardless of the completely irrrelevant question of who has ever invaded Russia.

We have a long history of such views. It was evident and strong in the 30’s. Many Americans admired Hitler. Many wanted to see the US become a fascist dictatorship. Hitler was doing well economically while we were struggling. There was even a possible coup being planned. These trends live on.

That is so funny! I don’t think that Barbos speaks in a vacuum. There are some Russians who agree with him. Maybe a majority? We don’t know. But the odd thing is how they feel that they are such the victim! Everyone hates us, poor us! The US has committed many dreadful acts. But we don’t blame others for our mistakes. They have been constantly victimized, brutalized and murdered en masse by their own leaders for centuries. Over time, those leaders have learned how to point the finger at everyone else, keeping the Russian rabble pacified. We should not take it personally when that leadership names us as their villain du jour.

And that certainly is part of the answer to why Orange has a following. He plays the victimhood card, just like did Hitler and does Putin. Just tell everyone that their problems are being caused by someone else. You've got to have that evil bogeyman if you're going to be a proper victim.
