Bullshit. We all saw that Patriot versus Kinzhal video.Remember, you're comparing modern S-400s to pretty old Patriots. US weapons are tricky that way--we retain names over a wide range of evolution. A 2020-era Sidewinder is nothing like a 1970-era Sidewinder but both are still "Sidewinder". And everybody overhypes missiles, reporting ideal performance conditions vs real world performance.Turkey, India, China all want S-400. Turkey are extremely happy with it. it's way better than US crap called Patriot.Buyers of Russian weapons have now seen them in action. Who the hell would want to buy an S-400 when it can't even defend itself?
This conflict has shown that.
And speaking of S-400, just today, Regime in Washington gave up on S-400 in Turkey.
They realized that Turkey would rather leave NATO than give S-400 up.
You are talking absolute bullshit!
And I would be surprised if any realistic comparison is actually available to the public. Washington isn't going to want to admit what it knows about the performance of the S-400, Moscow isn't going to want to admit what they know about the performance of the Patriot. Thus anybody who knows is in a position they can't talk about it.
All high end american weapons have one fatal flaw - price. They are not designed to provide any kind of military sense, they are designed to milk US taxpayers.
Yes, they claim that they are effective even against Kinzhal, forgetting the caveat that in order to intercept one Kinzhal with any measurable certainty you need all battery missiles ~30 which is roughly $30mil. So basically you need 2 Kinzhals to kill Patriot battery for sure. Or simply 1 kinzhal plus one cheap subsonic missile .
Then there is Oreshnik, which can not be intercepted with anything at present time.
