I am just trying to figure out why the hat for the dog was made and I am not sure if it was The Westboro Baprtist Church or a sarcastic gay person. It's just so damn dada.

Could be... or could be part of a thyroid swelling. Limb bones very delicate it seems, OK for young tall girl, thyroid swelling, not real goitre, fairly common in girls at puberty. But I have been wrong once or maybe twice in my life.
