Yes, that one made me laugh out loud!
No pictures, but at my old employer we had some employees working in the "Final Ass" department.
Fortunately, only the accounting and HR people saw the screen where the department got clipped to 9 characters.
At one of my jobs, I proofed an HR doc that listed the job title "Ass Manager." I was so very tempted to leave it, but I did the right thing and changed it to Asst Manager.
