Of course. And it's also the issue of the other talent being comfortable with the sex act. But if she really wants to work in porn, I am sure that there are plenty of options of porn studios whose target demographic are chicks with dicks. No reason to cry "hate crimes" when there are none, when she can just 5 more minutes on google looking for opportunities that fit her anatomy.

Europe is a bit different than US. In Europe, some non-PC speech has been criminalized. For example, Brigitte Bardot was criminally prosecuted for criticizing Islam. For all the problem US is facing, the First Amendment is a wonderful thing!

The topic of this thread was that " is it racist for a prostitute to decline sex with a black man. Was that to happen today, the black man could sue the prostitute for millions on the grounds of racial discrimination. Never mind that the guy's penis may be 12 inches long with a circumference of 6 inches, and the said prostitute declines sex with him purely because of the size of his penis. He can still sue for discrimination.

First, prostitution is generally illegal. In most jurisdictions prostitutes cannot be sued for not having sex with a John, as a John agreeing to money for sex is a crime; someone suing for someone else not letting them commit a crime? LOL!
Second, even where prostitution is legal, prostitutes are requested through a brothel. This means that unless the brothel has no prostitutes that will service a John on account of their particular race, it is not discrimination from the establishment. If a man can purchase sex from the brothel, then they are not being discriminated against.
Third, sex is one of those rare exchanges in which orientation and preference of the participants is actually germane with regards to many things, including both genitals and physical appearance.
Is it technically "racist" to turn down all black men as a prostitute? Yes. Does racism even have an ethical leverage in this conversation? No.
And as to conversations of the violation of neutrality, I see nothing racist, nor would most people or judges, even if it were unreasonably decided by a judge that people could not discriminate on certain factors pertaining to race in the corner case of prostitution, in the posting of or adherence to a range policy.
To me, your post is disingenuous conservative bullshit gone haywire.

I think very long ago most of the participants in this thread decided to mutually agree that the illegality of prostitution itself wasn't a consideration, and for those who get hung up on it to just assume this discussion is taking place in a jurisdiction where it is legal.
This is very often not true. Sometimes prostitutes joining a brothel is in itself illegal even where outright prostitution is not. That was the case in Canada until a few years ago when it switched to the nordic model (legal to sell; illegal to buy).
Isn't it though? Prostitution is a very specific service. Sex with woman A is not the same as sex with woman B. The guy paying is quite likely interested in one and not the other woman's service.
I think it definitely is racism. I also agree with you that racism in this case pales in comparison to the thought of a woman being forced to have sex with anyone who wants it. She should have every right to pick and choose, even if it is being done for racist reasons.
Your view of reality is insane. millions? no (queuing ignorant slant on the chamber of commerce's McDonald's hot coffee poster child case in 3,2,...). racist stereotyping of dick size.. check.

Of course you ignore the entirely politically correct viewpoint that puts the lie to your racist stereotype straw-man argument: that there is no standing to sue, and any reasonable judge would see that a penis-size policy is neutral, and that the law ought not cover racial bias in sexual services because of the nature of the service in the first place (much like how even the politically correct posters on this board have made similar concessions about the nature of other intimate services with regards to waxing genitals: that while services have an obligation to disclose clearly and in particular language which genitals they will operate on, they have every right to deny services so long as they are neutral to other factors: if you offer free waxing for vaginas, you offer it to everyone with a vagina regardless of whether they are a man or woman).

Seriously though:
The "huge black cock" is largely a myth. In reality there is only a small difference in average erect penis size between blacks and whites.
I do think porn is perpetuating the myth through selective casting though.
I do wonder about the marked difference between Asians in Asia and those living elsewhere. Could be genetic admixture from native populations.

It's not ignorant to point out that the size of the verdict in that case was crazy when it is the customer who POURED THE COFFEE OVER HER OWN THIGHS AND GENITALS. A McDonald's employee did not pour coffee over her nor did a McDonald's employee tell her that the best way to add sugar and creamer was to balance the cup precariously between her legs. It is also the fact that companies like Starbucks continue to serve hot beverages at a similar temperature to the coffee whatsherface poured all over herself.
The reality is that the supposed "debunking" comes from lawyers and lawyers' groups who have a vested interest in the status quo regarding lawsuit lotteries and punitive damages.
That's a good stereotype to have. It sure beats the one about East Asians.
