Fear, hatred, or mistrust of lesbians and gay men.

At no time have I expressed fear, hatred, or mistrust of homosexuals,
You did, by stating they're freaks.
and certainly not lesbians, with whom I have no problem.
Why am I not surprised?
Also, you do realize that lesbians are, by definition, homosexual, right?
Everything else I've said is subjective.
No shit.
What is happening here is a concerted attempt to mischievously accuse me of homophobia . . .
No, it's a non-concerted open declaration thereof.
even though I've said on this very thread that I wish them well in finding 'the love of their lives' - remember that? What you really don't like is my exposing the disgusting thing you do in the name of 'love-making',
First of all... the "disgusting thing YOU do in the name of love-making"?
I don't recall saying anything about my own sexuality.
Secondly, one can be both a homophobe and declare (or even believe) that they deserve happiness.
and I think you should have the honesty - especially dystopian' - to recognise my point of view, viz. that contrary to what you want, not everybody 'celebrates' it, and I'm finding out how unpleasant and insulting you are to those who don't.
You DO understand that we recognize your point of view, right? Recognizing your point of view doesn't mean we can't express our own point of view in regards to the nature of yours. Also, keep in mind that I have not, in fact, insulted you in this thread. Of the two of us you're the only one who has referred to others using a term traditionally used as an insult. Oh certainly, I have described you in terms *you* obviously find insulting... but then there's things you've said we obviously find insulting/homophobic, which you fail to accept; none of the words I've used to refer to you are words commonly used as insults.
As for my assertion that 'bigotry is a 2-way street' - there's more bigotry coming from you than from me, because I'm perfectly prepared to accept what you're saying without er, hatred(?), and harbour no antagonism - certainly not hatred - toward homosexuals whatsoever.
I don't know what's more absurd; that you expect us to believe this; or that you apparently believe it yourself.
A couple of years ago I had a hernia repair; the surgeon was a homosexual. I subsequently wrote to him to thank him for doing a great job for me, and wished him well. You're the bigots, not me!
"That's right! I'm super tolerant and progressive! I'm not a bigot! Why one time I had to go in for a surgery and the surgeon was one of them HOMOSEXUALS! Well! I COULD have just said 'NO! I refuse to be helped by you! I'll keep on suffering! Better than to be helped by one of the gays!', but I didn't, did I?"
Again, I have to question your blatant lack of self-awareness when you open your mouth. Having your surgeon be gay doesn't make you not a bigot. In fact, how you deliberately made a point of your surgeon being gay rather suggests the exact opposite. The rest of us wouldn't bother to remember the sexuality of a surgeon who operated on us years ago (or yesterday, for that matter); it is so completely irrelevant that it doesn't even register. Actually, how did you even know that he was gay to begin with? I can't imagine a scenario where that would be something he'd think was relevant to tell you.
Oh and by the way - I'm an atheist.
Congratulations; what the fuck does that have to do with anything?
