Terrorism is use of violence to advance political or religious goals.

No, we should not exclude 9/11. Also, Muslims are only 1% of the US population. So Islamic terrorist attacks are highly overrepresented when adjusted for population.
Note also that things like school shootings have very heterogeneous motivations. You can't just lump all non-Islamic motivated crime into one category and call it a day.

You were not "attacked" at all; And you are being corrected for fallaciously linking Islam to the attack, not for correctly (but pointlessly) linking the attack to Islam.

I explained that to you in detail.

An attack by a Muslim is not a sound basis for fear that Muslims are likely to attack us. Any more than this attack by a Christian is a sound basis for fear that Christians are likely to attack us.

You cannot resonably draw conclusions about an entire large population based on the aberrant act of one member (or if a small number of members) of that population.

To do so is bigotry.

It's a common error. But smart people stop making errors once those errors have been pointed out to them.

A specific terrorist's motive may be his interpretation of Islam. That does not imply that identifying any other person as a Muslim is useful in determining the probability that he will commit an act of terrorism. It kinda feels like it ought to, if you don't think it through; But it doesn't.

Your belief that it does is mathematically and demonstrably wrong, and is bigotry. You need to either stop believing it, or accept that you are a bigot who believes erroneous slurs about blameless people due to pig-headed refusal to see an obvious mistake whan it is spelled out to you in detail.

The 9/11 terrorists were not American citizens. so not part of the 1%. If a Christian American went to another country where Christians are 1/1000th of the population and committed a terrorist attack would you then say that that country can now class all their Christians as (potential) terrorists?

Seems a little weird that there are a lot attempts here at rationalizing the deliberate mislabeling the cybertruck bomber as a Christian, yet the New Orleans terrorist was mislabled as an illegal immigrant, and there seems to be no wiggle room for trying rationalize that lie. We are the United States of America, the best country people to ever exist! But right now we are terminally ill and headed toward collapse.

We are crumbling because of a lack of self respect, morales, and respect for others. Greed and gluttony has consumed us. The top 1% decided long ago they weren’t going to bring everyone else with them. You are cattle to them.

The income inequality in this country and cost-of-living is outrageous. The number of homeless on our street is embarrassing and disgusting. Have some pride and take care of this.

Stop obsessing over diversity. We are all diverse and DEl is a cancer.

Thankfully we rejected the DEl candidate and will have a real President instead of Weekend at Bernie’s.

We must move on from the culture of weakness and self enrichment perpetuated by our senior political and military leaders. We are done with the blatant corruption. Our soldiers are done fighting wars without end states or clear objectives.

This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call. Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?
Why did I personally do it now? I needed to cleanse my mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took.

Consider this last sunset of ’24 and my actions the end of our sickness and a new chapter of health for our people. Rally around the Trump, Musk, Kennedy, and ride this wave to the highest hegemony for all Americans! We are second to no one.
