Missing White Male

In another thread, someone was very upset that missing males don't get the same coverage as missing white females. So, the purpose of this thread is to discuss Brian Laundrie who went missing. It's possible in theory that someone killed him. I'm just saying...

It seems your theory was correct.

Well, I have to give credit where credit is due. It looks like you were right that I was right.

Brian Laundrie died of gunshot wound to the head, final autopsy reveals

"Brian Laundrie, the sole suspect in the death of Long Island native Gabby Petito, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, a lawyer for the Laundrie family said Tuesday.

“Chris and Roberta Laundrie have been informed that the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head and the manner of death was suicide,” attorney Steve Bertolino told The Post. “Chris and Roberta are still mourning the loss of their son and are hopeful that these findings bring closure to both families.”

A forensic anthropologist determined the cause of death to be suicide.

Travel the country in a van, they said, it will be fun, they said.

What a horrible outcome, destroying two families.

And of course, because humans, there are Brian Laundrie truthers out there claiming he is still alive that the family faked his death.

Really a shame he wasn't mauled over time by a few crocodiles, then left to drown under a log. Wouldn't have brought back the person he murdered for quite possibly a very very dumb reason, even amongst a pile of dumb reasons, but it'd been better than the 'get to get out of any long-term punishment for being a dumb fucking idiot who can't control their anger'.

I'm glad at least her family gets to know and that part can be closed for them. And it can't be easy for his family either.

This reminds me of an older couple, 73 & 74, who disappeared in March 2020 in Victorian High Country. Much effort was put into looking for them. It did not matter than they were older. The strange thing was their camp site looked like someone tried to destroy it by fire. Many theories abounded but no bodies.
Last Monday a man was arrested.

Missing persons should be looked for.

I've heard of that case--there was a strong suspicion of foul play but last I knew no hints as to who might have done it.
