Republican Clown Car to become Clown Cabinet?

Bolton is a very sneaky, bullying guy and he has the best chance of turning Trump into a marionette with regards to wars. Scariest son of a bitch around.

It won't just be Bolton pushing Trump towards war.

The generals.

His supporters.

The generals that Trump called 'shattered'? The man who called POWs losers for being captured? Him they're going to support?

The previous Republican President planted four thousand soldiers in an unnecessary and FUBAR war. Tens of thousands more were wounded. Tens of thousands on top of that came back with mental health issues. Yet the military didn't exactly swing into the Democratic column. Veterans didn't rush out to embrace Obama.

Guess the military doesn't really have the famed 'brotherhood' / 'we have your 60' after all.

Him they will try to drive towards war.
I doubt it.
The military wants regular wars for the purpose of promotion. Everyone needs to get their 'I've been in combat' ticket punched to advance. We have a surplus of veterans right now. Anyone that's a lifer has had their rotation through combat.

What the military really wants right now is a chance to recover, build up numbers and be prepared for war. Buy materiel, build schools, buy superdooper weapons, and get sharper, faster drones.

They're going to want him to spend, not invade.

Tea Leoni is on the short list for Secretary of State. No one can question her qualifications.

I heard Ben Carson say he wasn't going to serve in the Administration because he didn't feel he was qualified.

Wasn't he running for president?

This. Our military is tired of fighting. They want to be recalled. Have a chance to retire, get out of the service and let others in. But not to wage war, but to play soldier back home where it's safe.

That's ok, because history has just shown us you don't qualifications to become President. Remember, a great cover letter can trump a crappy resume.

Wow, that sucks for David Duchovny. All those years searching for the truth about aliens and his wife gets security clearance to tell him the answers just after he divorces her.

That guy as no luck.

The three latest nominees tapped by President-elect Donald Trump were major financial backers of his White House campaign.

Their selection deepens the role that wealthy donors are playing in shaping the new administration, despite Trump's oft-repeated pledge to “drain the swamp” of special interests.

Steven Mnuchin, Trump's pick for treasury secretary, served as his national finance chairman, helping organize dozens of high-dollar campaign fundraisers held across the country. The former Goldman Sachs executive and hedge fund manager also personally contributed at least $425,000 to support Trump’s presidential bid, through donations to the campaign, the Republican National Committee and state parties, according to Federal Election Commission data.

Billionaire investor Wilbur Ross, who Trump selected as his commerce secretary, was an early financial supporter of Trump's campaign. He opened his Southampton, N.Y., estate for one of the campaign's first fundraisers, which cost $25,000 a head. Ross personally contributed at least $200,000 to support Trump's run, finance records show.

Weren't people concerned about Clinton's ties to Wall St.?

I think it is one reason the market reacted as it has... it remembered Trump is a billionaire.
