RussiaGate

It's bewildering that on a supposed skeptics board so many seem to have jettisoned their skepticism.
You must not have been paying attention over the past year because the number of posters on this board who supported Trump proved that point long ago.

Evidence has already been given in the thread. We have indisputable evidence that Trump asked the Russians to hack Hillary's emails, we have indisputable evidence the Russians took a pro-Trump position and provided propaganda on behalf of Trump in his election. Of course, there's plenty of less-than indisputable evidence of many other facets of RussiaGate as well, but the nominee asking for help from Russians right there is enough to to take action against him.

I will add that your side's "actual objectively verifiable" evidence standard is a joke, since anything the CIA/FBI says you laugh at by saying the Russians would never leave clues. Your side isn't scientific, it's a RELIGION.

I'm am genuinely amazed that your impression of Trump taking a jab at Clinton's 30K missing emails is "indisputable evidence that Trump asked the Russians to hack Hillary's emails."

It doesn't matter if he was kidding or half-kidding. That kind of unprofessional recklessness (is what I'd call it at a MINIMUM interpretation) gave justification to the Russians to hack.

Therefore, it's objective evidence of Trump's asking Russians to hack Hillary's emails. Then, on top of it, they seem to have done that.

Don't let your partisanship kill your sense of humor. It's bewildering that on a supposed skeptics board so many seem to have jettisoned their skepticism.

Unlike you, I don't have partisanship, as I was very critical of Hillary during the election. You can ask anyone here, such as RavenSky, Rhea, and Harry Bosch. I was critical of Hillary due to her actions, her history of policies, and that's that. Now I am critical of Trump for his actions and his policies. I am consistent while your consistency extends to your ugly ideology, but do keep up the personal witch hunt.

Classic right-wing damage control:

"Oh, I got caught out saying something ugly/stupid/illegal? I WAS KIDDING, C'MON GUYS TAKE A JOKE!"

The way I see it, you just acknowledged that Don is correct, that Donald did say that. Your aim to minimize this fact do not detract at all from this. You're wrong. He's right. Get over it.

If you've got "actual objectively verifiable" evidence, now is the time to disclose it. Otherwise, this tread looks like Nurse Ratched failed to hand out medication at the asylum.

Agreed. The evidence isn't 100% conclusive. I'd recommend that the government appoint a completely neutral independent prosecutor. Someone who's fair and non-partisan. Like a Ken Starr!

There "is" absolutely no evidence of any collusion. No investigation has happened. No reports issued. An independent prosecutor should help, and I understand that the Senate Intel Committee will come out first if there's anything to the collusion story. The fact of Russian interference needs to explained in the fullest detail attainable by an entity that can disclose findings and has subpoena power. Even if Cheato is as innocent as a tangerine blossom, this has to be done. A 9/11 - style commission would be best.

I wonder why Cheato shows every sign of not wanting that to happen.
Poor Twumpy - it's just a matter of time before we find out.

Proved what; that there are unconfirmed reports from both sides?

...the CIA/FBI are hardly credible sources

Once again you conflate your ignorant and bias-driven subjective opinions (or are they just assertions for another purpose?) with actual objectively verifiable/falsifiable Trooths.

Nope because no verifiable proof has been provided over the past few weeks by both sides.

What is the indisputable evidence that Trump asked the Russians to hack Hilary's emails. They're hacking all the time and need no encouragement.

Did you just break and now you're skipping like a broken record? We already covered this. DJT openly encouraged the Russians to continue hacking the DNC.

Yes, but if he ignores everything that everybody's said, he can just keep asking the same questions over and over again and stop the conversation for moving forward.

It's not like it's unintentional.

There is no report, there is a wild accusation by AM radio blowhard Mark Levin, that was "reported" by Breitbart. Seriously, you are clueless... or paid.

Sometimes bad joke is just a bad joke.
Even good jokes are sometimes just jokes

You complain about the quality of evidence then you present someone who went off the deep end years ago as evidence??

He makes logical sense regarding the language in the software and the language used in the keyboard. Whether he is speaking the truth or not the CIA/FBI are hardly credible sources. They provided nothing to date to support their vague claims

He used to make sense. He went off the deep end long ago.

Furthermore, it is important to remember that for at least the last half century or more, the Republican Party has thrown up a red (pun intended) flag whenever the slightest bit of Russian influence was detected. The Russkies were the enemy of choice for the GOP going back to...well..always. Now that their President is cozy with the Kremlin, suddenly Moscow is no big deal.

Hello?
Who cares?

Most people in the world would prefer to avoid nuclear war. Too many stupid Americans who grew up on John Wayne movies and Stupid Hollywood films don't realize the importance. Are you in that category?

Why do you and so many Americans want tension between America and Russia? Did you watch too many Hollywood movies?

Trump was the worst choice for someone wanting to avoid nuclear war.

How do you know he was joking? There is only one time Donald ever intentionally told a joke that I can think of and that was at that dinner event where it was expected of him.

Trump is stupid, but not that stupid to be seriously think this is a proper way to contact his russian overlords.
It was a stupid rhetorical suggestion designed to gain some political points.

One thing is for certain, Trump doesn't find leaks, regardless if they are legal or not, funny anymore. As I noted a while ago, one thing that shielded Trump over the years were non-disclosure agreements. He clearly grew accustomed to acting as he liked without anyone outside the circle getting to know very well about it.

A lady I liked and respected at work voted for Trump. She is the mom of a couple of kids in the military, and was convinced it would be safer for her kids if Trump were president as compared to Hillary. I simply did not understand that conclusion. I haven't spoke to her since Yemen, but I have a feeling she regrets her decision now.

Sure. I get it. Trump scared the bejusus out of people. He convinced them that the Muslim hordes are just itching for full scale invasion. One of the greatest political cons of all time.....
