My thoughts:
The latest accusation will mean nothing unless the witness and preferably the victim comes forward themselves. Assuming this is an accurate story, then there is no way that his actions stopped with pushing her up against a wall.
That alone and everything except possibly participating, even as a passive bystander, in a gang rape, is probably not prosecutable. The gang rape certainly would be, assuming that the victim(s) came forward and were willing to press charges. Maybe. It could well be that the only witnesses would be other participants and they sure won't talk.
Even so, it is unlikely that any of this would ever be prosecuted.
Much of what Kavanaugh has been accused of is indeed, extremely common and largely accepted, although of course it should neither be common nor accepted. Even actual rapes, not merely attempted rapes, when victim and perpetrator knew one another and the victim had been drinking, are often not prosecuted because the victim is deemed unreliable. That's simple fact.
A whole lot of women have had such happen to them. It was and is common. Alcohol is not always involved.
Kavanaugh seems like a very nasty drunk. I wonder if he's a friend of Bill W.
He certainly should not be a sitting judge.

It's all over the news, MSNBC is quoting it as coming from NBC news.
Found it but still: a link is nice.
Then post what
you found....
At this point, others have posted links. Which is why I have not.
