I'm sure it would be. However, Israel would walk away from such a proposal, and that's how negotiations work. Neither side is going to get everything they want, so they have to find common ground that's attractive enough that they can live with it. Or they must continue the conflict.

If I am buying a bicycle from you, and think that 5$ is an appropriate price, but you reject the offer because it's a 500$ bicycle in your opinion, I can't just take the bike anyway just because I think my offer was attractive. It's your prerogative to reject it, if you don't find it attractive enough. Same principle applies to any negotiation.

RAMAT TRUMP, Golan Heights (AP) — The Trump name graces apartment towers, hotels and golf courses. Now it is the namesake of a tiny Israeli settlement in the Israel-controlled Golan Heights.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Cabinet convened in this hamlet Sunday to inaugurate a new settlement named after President Donald Trump in a gesture of appreciation for the U.S. leader’s recognition of Israeli sovereignty over the territory.

The settlement isn’t exactly new. Currently known as Bruchim, it is over 30 years old and has a population of 10 people.
