The militants claim to be sovereign citizens, and they are going to set up a sovereign citizen grand jury to try the local sheriff for embaressing them. Woo! So what if the sovereign citizens of the area decide to set up a opposing soveriegn citizen grand jury to try the militants for sedition, harassment etc. What happens if everybody sets up sovereign citizens groups to battle those other sovereign citizen groups? The group protesting federal land policy tore down a stretch of government-erected fence Monday near the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. The group says the goal was to give rancher Tim Puckett access to land that had been blocked for years.

Puckett says one of his representatives allowed the group onto the property but didn't let them remove the fence. He says he works with federal officials on land management and his employees have repaired the fence.
