What makes you think the SC would accept the case when every case in the lower courts have been thrown out for lack of evidence?

Right now in the case of Pennsylvania the other side is saying the election was not in accordance to what the lower courts told them to do. The evidence of actual fraud is not even the issue with that state. Its the handling of the election.

The votes in PA that were blocked were never counted in the first place. They were Trump's only chance of gaining more votes.

No. There is such a thing as frivolous lawsuits. They use up valuable court resources and they do harm to our justice system. With no evidence Trump’s lawyers should not be allowed to waste valuable time that the courts could be spending on actual problems.

Also, delaying the transition hampers the next administration and that puts all Americans at risk. They could at least let the team is Orion team start working. If they win (which they won’t because they have no case) and stay in power then no harm done.

And the current crybabies in the administration didn’t feel the way you are suggesting in previous elections.

I think this is, in fact, what I have said in my last post: if you can believe without evidence that some conspiracy of human beings abducts and rapes children so that they can harvest adrenaline metabolites from them purely to get high when any source you look at will indicate that conspiracies leak (there WOULD be evidence if true, and there is NONE), that we can (and do!) mass produce both components of adrenaline, and can easily react them to their metabolites without involving children, and the fact that those metabolites aren't actually good or effective drugs well... You could believe anything, facts be damned.
Why waste time producing evidence #1,246,802 when pie es #1 through #1,246,801 were hucked immediately into the circular file without even looking? In fact, the existence of those pieces of evidence are strong evidence of a secondary truth: we should have hucked their posts and claims and tweets and Facebook friendships into the circular file as soon as they hucked their third piece and demonstrated a trend.

There really is another side of the story but you and others do not even know. I predict ahead of your response that you will now attack these sources of news because:

1. You have Trump derangement syndrome. And anything contrary to that will not be read or tolerated in your worldview.

Considering that half the population has little faith in the election process right now it will be important that Trump proceeds legally as he is doing. Unfortunately, if he does prove the fraud that is out there, that will probably change the projected winner. And if that happens there will probably be much rioting in blue cities because the left is very violent. I do not like that prospect but I still hope for a clean election in order to restore faith to many on the right.

Did you notice how Tucker Carlson just 'presumes' that all the dead people in his list of of 35 alleged fraudulent voters voted for Biden with NO evidence? Meanwhile Trump actually told his supporters to commit voter fraud. I suspect that if wide spread mail in voter fraud is ever eventually detected out there, it won't play in Trump's favor.
