Trump isn't exactly following the rules, though. So impeachment under Trump might look different. I am not creative enough to come up with what they might and so specifics do not matter. So don't assume these specifics matter: like an early retirement package or be impeached or a Russian disinformation campaign around them during impeachment with planted evidence or entrapment or Trump could fire them, even if illegal, who knows what they'll come up with that they'll call impeachment.

The Senate part doesn't matter. The accusation in impeachment, and the resulting kangaroo court trial at the Senate, would do all the damage they needed.
Trump would then use the shame trial in the Senate as a talking point over doing something disgusting and unconscionable to the separation of powers.

Yes it has, we are one court case away from that. Instead, they will use control of the Senate to bias the 'trial', *and then use that to generate a propaganda storm against dems*, which will then be used as fodder for an executive order once the SCOTUS processes the immunity claim on the illegal EOs that are shredding the constitution.
It doesn't matter what the judge does, or what the Dems do, He's already been thrown under a bus.

Are you talking about billionaire George Soros? Making sure all the US metro AG's were put in place and designed to control local DOJ prosecutors to jail enemies and let friends committing felonies go free?. And then paying for his transition teams to propagandize people?
After seeing first hand Soros purge enemies and corrupt our country, how do normal Americans with any common sense draw tears for what Musk and Trump are doing right now? Soros has given them his good purging training and everyone knows how it will work.
It is even possible to say (without any proof or evidence) Musk probably would not have bought twitter and allied himself with Trump had he not seen all of Soros completely corrupting the entire country year after year. No, as I wrote earlier in the thread, I think the Republicans will do anything, including illegal things to get rid of the judge. I base this on what is already happening--illegal and unconstitutional things. You can imagine a million scenarios here: plant evidence of child porn on the judge's phone is the simplest one.
