I think it's more than fair to consider RFK to be a nut and I'm going to share one of my last WaPo articles for the month that gives examples of his nuttiness. If you don't think he's a nut, please read the entire article.

Here are 10 false health claims Kennedy has publicly made over the years:

• Kennedy has falsely linked vaccines to autism
• Kennedy falsely called the coronavirus vaccine the ‘deadliest vaccine ever made’
• Kennedy promotes raw milk, stem cells and other controversial or debunked medical treatments
• Kennedy argues government employees have an interest in ‘mass poisoning’ the American public
• Kennedy has falsely linked antidepressants to mass shootings
• Kennedy incorrectly suggests AIDS may not be caused by HIV
• Kennedy falsely argues children’s gender identity can be impacted by water

Only a kook would believe all of the above. Has anyone read how he wants to take people off of their antidepressants and make them grow their own food etc.? Seriously? The guy is fucking nuts!

The articles goes into a lot of detail regarding each one of his false claims and gives reasons as to why his claims are false. The only thing he says that is fairly reasonable is that Americans eat too much overly processed food. Still, that isn't going to cure the obesity epidemic, which is fairly complicated. We know, for example, that processed sandwich meat is very unhealthy, but does anyone really think that the Trump administration is going to do anything about that, considering that Trump practically lives on junk food and he wants to give big tax breaks to corporations? Okay. I digress.

That list is daunting, damning, depressing as hell. He's worse than I knew. Zeus help us if he's in charge when the next virus variant strikes.

To be fair, he's not actually wrong about this, though not in the way he imagines.

As a delivery system for misinformation, 5G plays a central and ongoing role in the making of RFK and those like him.
