Afflicted with OCD, the picture angers me. Will someone please wipe the plate! It reminds me of when I worked at a hotel restaurant. The kitchen manager, who pretended to be a chef but could hardly cook, insisted on 'garnishing' the dinner plates with random smatterings of parsley flakes and paprika. The plates looked messy and dirty going out.
