What we know about Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the suspect in the New Orleans attack

The suspect in a deadly attack on New Year's revelers in New Orleans has been identified as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a 42-year-old U.S.-born citizen from Texas, according to the FBI.
At least 15 people were killed and dozens injured after a man drove a Ford pickup truck through a crowd on Bourbon Street at a high rate of speed early Wednesday, multiple law enforcement sources and Louisiana Rep. Troy Carter told ABC News.
Authorities are working to determine whether the deceased suspect had any affiliation with terrorist organizations after an ISIS flag was found tied to the truck's trailer hitch, the FBI said.

I suspect Mr Jabbar was suffering from mental health problems which drove him to commit these crimes. And since you have chosen not to voice your opinion on why Mr Jabbar did what he did, or conducted any research into those reasons, I suspect your post here is driven by an agenda of trying to denigrate an entire religion with 1.9 billion adherents worldwide, an overwhelmingly vast majority of whom do not commit such acts.

If it takes in a thousand Nazis who can reasonably be expected to not spread Nazism and to not kill any Jews and to build rockets that help the government keep communists away, then sure, the government is still securing its subjects' rights. But if it takes in a million Nazis who can reasonably be expected to cluster together and become local majorities where they'll be too numerous to be prevented from spreading Nazism by social pressure from their non-Nazi neighbors, too numerous for the police to protect Jews from, and too anti-Semitic to cooperate with police when some of their number foreseeably kill Jews, then it's evidently destroying its subjects' rights, especially its Jewish subjects' rights.
