Trump is deliberately turning Republicans into violent savages

I thought I was quite understandable. But let me explain to you. "Trump derangement syndrome" is a derivative of "Bush derangement syndrome", originated by Charles Krauthammer, and which he defined as "the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal people in reaction to the policies, the presidency -- nay -- the very existence of George W. Bush." Subsequently the term has been used with others, such as "Clinton Derangement Syndrome" or "Obama Derangement Syndrome". "Peak" refers to maximum value of something. I think comparing Trump to an evil norse god constitutes (at least a local) maximum of Trump derangement.
Clear?

And if anyone understands derangement, it'd be Charles Krauthammer.

[h=1]Police consider charging Trump with inciting a riot over violence at North Carolina rally[/h]

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s office is considering filing charges of inciting a riot against GOP frontrunner Donald Trump for the Fayetteville, North Carolina rally according to an NBC reporter and local media sources. The rally was the site where Trump supporter John Franklin McGraw was arrested for sucker-punching a black protester and threatening to kill him.
“We are looking at the totality of these circumstances, including any additional charges against Mr. McGraw, including the potential of whether there was conduct on the part of Mr. Trump or the Trump campaign which rose to the level of inciting a riot,” Sheriff’s Office lawyer Ronnie Mitchell told The Fayetteville Observer.

At the rally, Trump asked the audience “Can’t we have a little more action than this?” when protesters were causing a disturbance. “See, in the good old days this didn’t use to happen, because they used to treat them very rough,” he said. “We’ve become very weak.”

A group of Donald Trump supporters over the weekend called for volunteers to join a would-be militia aiming to protect voters against so-called “violent far-left agitators.”
...

Hours after a protester rushed the stage at Trump’s Dayton rally, a Twitter group called “The Lion’s Guard” called on supporters of the GOP front-runner to join a make-shift militia, according to RT.
“Do you want to provide security protection to innocent people who are subject to harassment and assault by Far-left agitators?” Lion’s Guard asked in a call to action. “If so, you are welcome to join. That’s the mission — to protect innocents who can’t hire their own security guards.”
Lion’s Guard said that their members would be unarmed, “but willing to forcefully protect people if need be.”

Sounds like fun. Will LGs wear uniforms? A T-shirt with a logo?

They are the ones initiating the conflict. It is not Trump supporters that disrupt Bernie's rallies after all.
Again, I do not condone violence from either side, but occupying a rally venue, storming the stage etc. are not acceptable behaviors either.
I no longer feel comfortable knowing that you participate in society.
Ditto.

The you-started-first excuse does not fly, not the least of which because it isn't true even if the logic of your argument wasn't bad.

In your mind, conservatives aren't bad for using violence to silence dissent, but liberals are terrible prior for merely speaking. Could you possibly be more brazen in your fascism and authoritarianism?

Apparently there are now anti-Trump ads out featuring women who are reading Trump's most outlandish misogynist statements of the recent past. It is sobering to remember that Obama beat Romney by getting the women's votes, beating Romney 12% in that demographic. Like many voters, many women will not be following politics in this race until the last minute. So efforts like this could what helps crush Trump. Similarly, Cruz has a gender gap problem. With recent GOP bills against women's health and birth control, and a SC justice appointment in the balance, its beginning to look like women's issues may start to play a big role in the coming elections. Stay tuned for more of this as the election rolls on.

While I despise Trump and all he stands for I think he should be left alone.

Let him speak.

The more he does the more people dislike him.

Despite the fact he has some rabid and loyal fans.

This is one of the reasons I fear the days and weeks following this coming election if Trump does turn out to be the GOP nominee. They're simply not going to believe that he lost. But even before the general election, if the GOP ousts him at the convention, there could be some serious violence that takes place.

These people are angry, dumb, and willing to lash out. They, for whatever fucking reason, seem to think the U.S. is on the precipice of disaster. They can't say why, they just know that it is. Sure, they have vague notions that illegal immigration is killing the country and that there are trade imbalances, but they don't really understand either issue very well. Oh, and of course there are the terrorists that are out to get them specifically, which means that the only answer is to drop nukes on the ME.

And Obamacare too. Yeah. Trump's going to replace it with something "really terrific." That "really terrific" thing consists of some vague idea of vouchers so that people can shop for insurance in other states to get the best deal. Besides being lame on its face, a more thoughtful generation shit-canned that idea decades ago.

But Trump says, "I'm gonna make a really great deal, you'll see, it's just gonna be fantastic," and they know it to be true.
