Most of the doom and gloom is the same as 2016...and none of it happened then. He threatens the machine and it will thrash when he wins even more than when he campaigns. There should be enough to criticize him on facts, but the lies just get more and more outrageous. The country will be just fine.

Well, no wall, no infrastructure bill, no replacement of ACA, no repeal of ACA.

Oh you meant the issues of destabilizing our democracy. Like what he did and had people chanting to murder the Vice President after the US electorate fired him. Yeah, I can see the "both sides" there.

Right up till the last minute Trump was airing ads claiming that Imane was a man beating up women and that it was the liberals' doing. My wife even got spam texts about trans athletes in sports with Trump as the only savior. Fortunately she was able to refrain from clutching her pearls.

I wonder why support for women's rights stops when men want to participate in women's sports, use the women's rest rooms and get sent to women's prisons.

But he's got a point here that I am usually castigated for making.

Why do women's rights and feelings and opinions get dumped in the trash when they want to keep men out of certain small spaces and it's not considered "woke" or "politically correct" to have another opinion or feelings?

What are you talking about? What is "it"? He absolutely did attempt coup, he absolutely did put shills on the Supreme Court and "industry leaders" in every cabinet post. Racial and social relations badly deteriorated during his reign, and remain unrepaired. His brash actions in Israel have erupted into mass violence on catastrophic scale. How much worse do things have to get before you concede that "it" has happened? Nazi youth marching on the Capitol lawn?

I don't think The Felon had anything to do with the mess in Israel.

That's been a long time coming and the US couldn't have changed it other than by taking down Iran.

And Trump won't make the same mistake he made in '16. Then he took on fairly mainstream Republicans for his cabinet. They kept most of his actions sane. This time he will hire true believers.
