how binding that is. The context would be he is Attorney General, so obviously not in Congress. But now that is over, can he rescind it? For the House seat in the next Congress, I think it is a gray area. It isn't in the Constitution and may be governed by obscure Parliamentary rules.
One thing is for certain, if Gaetz is out of Congress for good, this would be one of the best things Trump has done as his role of President Elect!
