Just be thankful that it wasn't a wheeze. Donald Trump can solve any problem with a properly applied tariff. Let's see what he can do to stop Canadian forest fires with his power to punish countries that pollute our air. It may not seem totally legal, but the Supreme Court may decide to rule on the question next year sometime. Or not. You never know. Anyway, he should have the problem well in hand by then.
