Charcoal hickory wood grilled thin beef patties, kaiser roll, fresh lettuce, tomato, mustard, avocado, thin sliced onion and a touch of sweet relish.. Best served with fried onion rings, real onion rings, not the breaded horror onion rings as usually served to fast food joints.

Burger with havarti and swiss, bacon, and sauteed mushrooms. The bun is likely the most important. A nice buttery browned bun, as served at BJ's Brewhouse.
