No, he displays symptoms of normal aging, along with a life long problem with stuttering and gaffes. With age, we often mix up or forget names, but we can still function quite well.

Trump displays symptoms of many mental disorders, but you choose not to believe that. His rambling and frequent referral to Hannibal Lecter as an actual person, are just two tiny recent examples. The fact that he thinks he was chosen by god to be God's emperor of the US is a symptom of his narcissism and his hatred of immigrants, Democrats, his making fun of Pelosi's husband almost being killed by some nut job are a few symptoms of his sociopathy. But, we must be worried about an older, decent man who mixes up names and stutters.

If Biden doesn't step down, I'd vote for him over Trump even if he did have early dementia. Reagan was in the early stages of dementia during his second term, but somehow, regardless of my disagreement with his policies, he managed to function for four more years, even if he needed a little help.

Doctor in my video is not buying it. Explain why a doctor with very specific specialization movement disorders (Parkinson) had to do it.
