Mar-a-Largo raided by FBI?

By noon tomorrow, Trump will have lodged his formal protest to the release of the contents of the affidavit and the search warrant for Merde-a-Lardo.
That should level the field a bit.

Fox News is telling people that the DOJ "has been ordered" to unseal the warrant. Yes, they're saying this openly with straight faces.

Ordered by whom? Tucker Carlson?
:ROFLMAO:
I guess they want to insinuate that a court issued this order. With Trump fans, you just have to insinuate that courts and warrants work this way and they'll believe it. There was one Fox show where the host, who apparently had three whole brain cells, questioned her guest about the fact that Trump has the right to release his copy of the warrant at any time so why didn't he, and the guest stammered his way to, "uhh, his lawyers, prolly, or something..." and then tried to get back on the outrage train toward the DOJ.

Garland also put Cheato on the spot by requesting the warrant and affidavit be released. Cheato (I predict) will have to move to keep that from happening.
Claims of FBI overreach will be laid bare either way.

Trumpholio has until 3:00 EST to file to stop release of the search warrant. Those right wingers, including GOP congressmen angrily ctiticizing DOJ over this warrant now have nothing to grunt and bleat about. This ugly little ball is in Trumpholio's court.

Just breaking: WaPo has said a source has confirmed that there was classified documents at MaL concerning nuclear weapons. Unknown if ours or someone elses.

Are we going to see TREASON?

No.

We might see espionage charges.
You've got to wonder what he was planning to do with it.
Those plans were stuck to the inside of a Whopper wrapper covered by ketchup - he probably didn't even notice it.

I wouldn't be even a little bit surprised if he was trying to sell them to the highest bidder. Didn't his son in law recently receive a huge "investment " of billions of dollars from the Saudis?

Or to put it another way, Garland - very politely - said "you want to see my warrant, Mr. Trump? Here it is (unzips pants)"

If Trump did do some bad things he would have learned it well from his political predecessors.
IF???
That fucker has been doing “wrong” for decades before he was ever in politics. Your ignorance of the man is profound. But unfortunately common.
Then please enlighten my ingnorance. When it comes to spending actual jail time in the cell, what really is the difference between Trump and Hillary? You can claim Trump is in trouble all the time (and he is) but actually being convicted of anything criminal has not happened (at least to my knowledge).

Either Trump is not really as "wrong" as you believe or he is at least as skillful as Hillary is at keeping himself out of jail.

I find it rather disgusting that some people might attempt to use spending time in a prison cell as a measure of how much of a fucking criminal someone is.

Let's note that one time one guy was in a picture then with Epstein, and then ignore the actual friendship, numerous interactions, plentiful business, and of course thinly veiled allusions to Epstein's pedophilia and trafficking made by someone that is apparently only "unwise" because they opened their mouth about crimes rather than because they committed them.

On one hand there are stunning admissions that this "unwisdom" happened, which directly supports the contention that crimes were committed, and then on the other hand... Completely looking away from that other admission and claiming that they didn't, anyway!

what really is the difference between Trump and Hillary?

* Hillary is an ex-politician who served within the American democracy, and conceded after losing a free and fair election.

* Trump is a career criminal mobster who lost a free and fair election, and then went about trying to destroy American Democracy in order to seize power and become supreme leader/dictator.

That's the "real difference".
Your inability to discern the difference between a patriot and a traitor must have a lot to do with your fealty to the career criminal. I don't know if it's a deficit in ethical upbringing, general lack of intelligence or some chemical-induced sociopathy that keeps right wingers from making the distinction; that determination is above my pay grade.

I mention jail time because it is a data point that can't be talked around politicially. Either you were convicted with enough evidence to go to jail or you haven't. There is no ambiquity...its a binary one or a zero. And the justice sytem for Trump is and will be the same justice system that Hillary and the rest of them operate in.

If anything, all I'm attempting to do is bring actual facts into the conversation.

And what, pray, is Hillary supposed to be in jail for, that she was so skillful at keeping herself out of it?

Except with corrupt Trump-appointed judges.

Buttery males, Bin Gozzy ... the usual made-up crap. NOT stealing and selling nuclear secrets, like Trump.

all I'm attempting to do is bring actual facts into the conversation.

When do you plan to start?

Jail time is a political red herring. It can be ignored entirely under the recognition that involved players have a history of involvement with organized crime and blatant criminal acts against statutes only ever left unenforced because of how much trouble it would have been to do it.

Come on Man! If hosting kid sex parties in a basement so that aliens from the planet Chestrarth IV isn't a crime deserving of jail time, then no crime deserves jail time.
