The biggest obstacles to striking EU is not the army but the fact the Russian "elite" has all their children and bunch of of their property in EU.

In any case, Kiev regime people have priority when it comes to escalation, and so far they have been safe.

Russia is at the limit of their offensive capability. If Putin could have killed Zelensky or anyone else in the chain if command, they would be dead.
