According to some sources, this was a shit-ton of evidence that exonerated the defendants and showed it was the construction company at fault. Also, according to sources, she brought this to Trump and there was a heated discussion.
ETA: Think about this. She delivered a ton of evidence of innocence. Hair Furor doesn't give a fuck and was pushing back. He was willing to throw random innocent people in prison due to delusional thinking that covered his own culpability.

I don't have sympathy for Pirro, but this seemingly non-serious issue of the pool is actually very serious. Personally, I think jailing innocent people as part of a coverup or delusion is impeachable. This madman has got to go.

I agree to the max that there is a sickness in Trump's DOJ (and elsewhere). The Comey indictment is just as crazy (and could entail a ten year prison sentence.) The federal government is rotten to the core with this man's delusions, grievances, and vindictiveness. His lawyers, prosecutors, cabinet nominees and proxies go on TV and repeat his insane lies. Everyone who can think knows these are lies. Just last month Pirro, Clayton, and Blanche did this. We have a country run by a party without an ounce of integrity, which is complacent when anyone who criticizes the ruler (or makes a convenient villain, as Hearn did) can be targeted and prosecuted. Pirro was quite happy to threaten Hearn with prison until she realized that the case would result, most probably, in her disbarment. What a scoundrel.
But the fact is, Trump's arterial health is the only factor that will end his term before 2029. Impeachment is a dead letter. SCOTUS handed him a virtual get out of jail free card. He can libel anyone, prosecute anyone, and he's untouchable. His first impeachment could not have happened if the immunity decision had been in place in 2019. His call to Ukraine would've been perfectly legal.
We're pretty much screwed.

Impeachment is a political process. The POTUS could be impeached for wearing white after Labor Day if sufficient numbers in the House of Representatives and the Senate agreed. SCOTUS is totally irrelevant to the process unless the strict constructionists and clairvoyants decide to abandon their "principles".

Pirro is blaming the Department of the Interior, specifically interior secretary, Doug Burgum, for failing to hand over the evidence that the pool was a botched job, essentially proving that it was not vandalism
But what I want to know is, how could she get a grand jury to indict with basically no evidence? How many lies did she feed to the grand jury?

They dropped the case after Hearn's lawyers asked about the Grand Jury proceedings. Someone needs to be disbarred. The rats are turning on each other because some rules were almost certainly broken.
