Bidengate Breaks... err... down

A Tale of Juxtaposition?

So we have this Business Insider article which appears to link a hard drive that was subpoenaed by the FBI... and was able to link it to an FBI agent that specializations in child porn cases. So this shop was restoring data on some hard drive, found some stuff (the Isaac guy says he didn't find anything like this on "Hunter Biden's" drive) and reported it to the FBI. The FBI then took it and was making a case against whomever was the owner.

Regarding the hard drive, I came upon a ravine and I am wondering and curious if other people have noticed... that the only things that are being leaked from the Hard Drive are emails and photos? Last time I checked, I had a lot more on my computer than emails and photos. Spreadsheets, word docs, games, etc... The word docs are often the source of incriminating information for people that are trying to make illegal money off Ukraine or China. Yet, it is emails and photos. And the photos? Typically phone related shots, not a real camera... that you'd plug into a computer and download the images.

So we one hard drive that does exist and the FBI does have it. But if Giuliani has a copy of it, why have they released no other types of documents (the ones that usually have the incrimination)? They've only released documents that could have been lifted from a discarded or compromised cell phone? The release of the photos has struck me as being trite (embarrassing mostly), but upon further thought, the photos almost seem like a cover. A sort of... we have to have a "hard drive" because how else would we have these photos... and therefore the emails are legit, both in source and content.

So, at least based on the shoddy evidence supplied, is it possible Giuliani is using the subpoena for a real hard drive with absolutely no connection to Hunter Biden in juxtaposition with photos and emails of dubious sourcing and content from a discarded or compromised cell phone that belongs to Hunter Biden. I would hedge to compromised as they could just present a discarded phone as evidence because 'hey, it was discarded'.

I suppose this could be considered an October Surprise in the sense that it's fucking amazing that anyone would consider this to be a viable strategy.

Why can't he be sued into oblivion over stuff like this?
He should be liable. Hunter Biden isn't public.

I don't care if he is public. He's reporting his own supposed observation, he has to know that it's false and that it's harmful.

I hadn't noticed because it's already obvious that anything being released is completely untrustworthy so I didn't pay attention to what form it took.

GOP pollster Luntz blasts Trump campaign as worst he's ever seen | TheHill
That's prominent Republican pollster Frank Luntz.
... Luntz said Trump’s advisers have “their heads up their asses” if they think Hunter Biden will be a winning issue for them.

“I’ve never seen a campaign more mis-calibrated than the Trump campaign. Frankly, his staff ought to be brought up on charges of political malpractice,” Luntz said.

“It is the worst campaign I’ve ever seen and I’ve been watching them since 1980. They’re on the wrong issues. They’re on the wrong message. They’ve got their heads up their assess. … Your damn job is to get your candidate to talk about things that are relevant to the people you need to reach. And if you can’t do your damn job then get out.”

...
“Nobody cares about Hunter Biden … why is [Trump] spending all his time on him?” Luntz asked. “Hunter Biden does not help put food on the table. Hunter Biden does not help anyone get a job. Hunter Biden does not provide health care or solve COVID. And Donald Trump spends all of his time focused on that and nobody cares.”
Which shows what a non-issue this Hunter Biden scandal is.

But again, Trump is Trump... and the functional universe definitely appears to act differently for him. His campaign sucked in '16, except he did fight for the north. He needed a couple fake news stories as well as a lot of stolen emails to help barely win the election.

The FBI has had the laptop since early last year. Funny how it just happens to come out now through the yellow toothed drunk Ghouliani.

(Michael Cohen has said RG is pretty much drunk all the time.)

Speaking of corrupt kids...

Ivanka Trump has had more than her fair share of ethics scandals during the past three and a half years, but the past two days stand out even with her dubious history. The first daughter turned White House Senior Advisor has managed to violate a critical ethics law no less than eight times in just over 48 hours — on Twitter alone.

The Hatch Act bars federal employees from using the power of their official positions to push partisan political outcomes. Apolitical career government employees have faced serious consequences like firing or suspension without pay for violations of the law. But even as President Trump has campaigned on a message of “law and order,” he has allowed more than a dozen White House and senior administration staff to break the law and face no consequences.

Ivanka Trump’s Twitter account lists her official position “Advisor to POTUS on job creation + economic empowerment, workforce development & entrepreneurship” and she regularly uses the account for official government business like promoting Trump administration policy initiatives. The Office of Special Counsel, a small federal agency that enforces the Hatch Act has found that when a government official uses a “Twitter account for official purposes, the Hatch Act prohibits her from using that account to engage in political activity.” Ivanka Trump using her @IvankaTrump account for political as well as government business suggests that she is using government resources like her time, title, and position to boost campaign messages. Many of Trump’s messages definitely cross the line when it comes to using her official position to push a partisan agenda.

Here are Ivanka Trump’s eight recent law-breaking tweets:

Probably should be its own thread but I'm lazy tonight.

It doesn't matter much when this administration breaks laws, as the highest levels of government have tirelessly demonstrated their inability or unwillingness to prosecute this administration for breaking laws. If there's one thing that this presidency has taught us, it's that the powers of the American president are now absolute, with term limits alone remaining as a meaningful check on his authority.

It will be interesting to see how Biden reacts to this revelation; it's said that he's a pretty decent guy. But also that absolute power corrupts absolutely.

I have caught some Faux Nooz over the last day. They are flogging this story for all they are worth. Puffing it up big, Big BIG. Biden is corrupt, and this needs immediate main stream media immediately making a big, big deal out of this. We have high ranking intelligent heads in the politicized White House telling Faux this is not a Russian Op, and many expert ex-CIA and ex-FBI telling us, yes, it smacks of a Russian Op heavily.

I suspect there will be an accounting if Biden wins. There is a lot here that stinks.

Breaking now: Mike Pence was arrested in Indiana for nonconsentual masturbation. He turned himself in, and his testimony was "devastating". He told state troopers that he was alone, in his car, and things got "ungodly". Personally, I don't think anything in here can hurt Trump's campaign. It was a long time ago (2018) and most voters will have little sympathy for the victim.

Malcolm Nance is predicting that Bonespurs, as early as tomorrow, will claim there was child porn on Biden's computer. He says it's been a standard Russian tactic of sneaking child porn onto people computers for years.

I saw hints of this on Facebook yesterday. With a Qanon conspiracy theorist claiming that the guy who had the laptop at the FBI was in charge of child porn investigations.

Trump show re-runs... and I thought summer was over.

col lu sion (n.) - secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, esp. in order to deceive or cheat others.

I know, don't try to parse law with the dictionary definition. Webster's has alternative facts.

The new fall season is going to be a doozy.

Do they sneak presidents onto planes with known pedophile sex traffickers as well, or are we forgetting how common child sexual exploitation is in the White House of late?

So what else is going to happen next with this story? There will be email drips, quotemines, things taken out of context.

Among the things that are coming will be the following (in no particular order):
  • email drips that goes after moral character so that everyone just accepts the quote-mines. For example, Hunter's choices in porn exaggerated, an affair, emails about drug deals, emails about "money laundering" (taken out of context)...
  • email drips implicating Joe Biden (more out of context stuff)...
  • a full release of all the emails with not enough time to go through them...
  • some Eastern European guy being interviewed by Ghouliani who seems to confirm part of the story...
  • an American being interviewed, probably an "ex-friend" of Hunter's because that is more convincing than a foreigner to some people.

The drips will be timed up to Election Day for maximum impact.

Emphasis added.
