She called Biden talking "recording". The voice was like Biden few years back, not recent one.
I think the POS is either clinically dead or does not want to talk.

Yes they are. Watch some Faux Nooz this am; all about the hero who took a bullet for democracy, thwarting the evil Biden who told Secret Service to stand down.
They showed s minute or two of Harris’ rally but she scared them off by tearing into Cheato, and they went to a talking head who ‘splained how Kami’s racist corruption let criminals out and locked up innocent people (strong implication: “like Trump”).

Biden has COVID. It would be highly irresponsible of him to appear in public until he is cleared to do so. Unlike your beloved leader who held parties during the height that of the pandemic, infecting many people, and came to his 2020 debate with Biden too late to undergo the mandatory COVID test—when he knew he had COVID—Biden actually cares about other people.

Correction, Biden claimed that he had COVID. As for irresponsible, he has been shown not wearing mask after COVID announcement. COVID cannot prevent POTUS from appearing on camera, yet he choose to use TwitterX,
My conspiracy theory is that AI model they currently have was not trained on Parkinson version of Biden, so they choose to use AI audio, which, by they way, is not using Parkinson version of Biden either.

A doctor has been keeping everyone up to date as to Biden’s condition and progress in his disease, the medication he is on, etc. an actual doctor who still has his medical license. Not Ronny Jackson.

He is 81 and has COVID. He’s bound to have less stamina than if he were not ill. It would, in fact, be irresponsible of him to extend his energies to a campaign he has just excited while carrying out the very considerable duties as POTUS. He could well put his life at risk and while your dear leaders are calling for him to resign I don’t think they actually want him dead: he would make a terrific martyr.

VP Nixon certified his opponent, JFK, in 1961. Nixon was a crook, and in today’s GOP, he would happily not certify. That’s how far the country has deteriorated under the MAGAt influence.

Actually, if that happened, her VP pick would still not have that power, because the pick will not be sworn in as VP until Jan. 20 and the certification happens before the inauguration.
 
OTOH, if Biden resigned, Harris as president could have both houses of Congress confirm her VP pick, as required under the 25th Amendment. Then that person would certify the election. But that would not happen because the MAGAt party controls the House.
