That's amazing

That is akin to W's 'Gore thinks Social Security is some sort of Federal Program'. We know how that finished up.

Omaha Trump Rally Attendees Stranded, Several Taken to Hospital Suffering Hypothermia

Backers of President Donald Trump were left stranded overnight, with several taken to hospital for hypothermia after an Omaha campaign rally ended in chaos.

Hundreds were bussed in to the Eppley Airfield site, leaving their cars in parking lots, but were left wandering up to four miles in the cold after coaches failed to pick them up.

"President Trump took off in Air Force One 1 hr 20 minutes ago, but thousands of his supporters remain stranded on a dark road outside the rally," CNN reporter Jeff Zeleny tweeted at 10:21 p.m. CDT.

And these people will walk away thinking it is the police's fault or someone else's fault and not the Trump Campaign's fault. They don't learn.

Actually, I think it's mostly their own fault. Attend something like that, you should be prepared for the cold. It might take longer to leave than you expect.

The bussing?

It makes me sad and concerned. A lot of these people are old and there's at least one family with small children among the stranded. Just more real world suffering due to Trump and his regime's incompetence and sociopathy. They're dumb to be Trump supporters, but they do not deserve to be put in harm's way just for going to his rally.

I just heard it reported that thirty people had to be transported to hospitals from that rally.

Um...they're mostly not masking, they're not social distancing, thry're crossing state lines to mingle and spread The 'Rona because they refuse to acknowledge it.
They are putting EVERYONE ELSE in harm's way so they can go to his rallies.
Seems like fairly instant karma.

I would like to ask them, though, "you, there, guy with a coat on. Did you take basic precautions against likely conditions? Or are you living in fear of the cold? Letting the weather channel control your life?"

Does that include the ones who were in a mental hospital also before the rally?
