Breakdown In Civil Order

Another one of Newsom's outdoor psychiatric wards;

Dave Chappelle has slammed San Francisco's rampant homeless crisis during a surprise gig in the Golden Gate City last week.
'What the f*** happened to this place?' the comedian said as he told the audience at the Masonic Auditorium how he saw a homeless person defecating outside an Indian restaurant he was about to eat at. Chappelle, 49, said the city had turned into a 'half 'Glee,' half zombie movie,' according to SFGATE's review of the show, adding it had turned into the Tenderloin. 'Y'all [expletive] need a Batman!' Chappelle declared. The Tenderloin district of San Francisco is notorious for its crime, homelessness and drug problems. Shocking images show addicts openly smoke drugs on the sidewalks in the area, where overdose deaths have rocketed upwards in recent months.

Daily Mail

Why didn't Dave offer some toilet paper? Obviously part of the problem.

Still being pointedly useless, I see.

Do you want the homeless man to be arrested?

Yeah, thought as much.

Republicans are the last people on earth who should be trusted to comprehend let alone manage any of the problems of a living city. Go back to your "tv room" and leave the policy-making to adults.

Dealing with this means more gov’t and more taxes, let alone recognizing the homeless are humans. So conservatives and their dupes have no policy to offer.

Guns? No help unless you want mass murder.
Jesus? The Republican version won't help.
Tax cuts? Won't help.

Thus all it is is something to blame Democrats for.

Seems like recalling Chesa Boudin did not do much for San Francisco.
Won't work; they hate Brooke Jenkins just as much. She also has a college degree, and worse, she's a black woman in a position of power "too woke", and closely associated with London Breed, the current mayor of SF and another black woman in a position of power who might be president some day a well known scion of Satan.

Of course, both women are all but openly owned by various corporate interests and seemingly willingly to concede any demand however unreasonable if it comes from the SFPD or their union professional association. But presumably those are not the specific objections Republicans have, given that they want us all subject to a corporate kleptocracy ruled by naked greed and controlled by unrestrained police violence against minorities and other undesirables.

Hotel set to take NYC migrants abruptly cancels 30 rooms soon-to-be newlyweds booked for their guests

A Florida couple has had their wedding upended after an Orange County hotel — set to take in migrants from New York City — abruptly canceled the rooms she booked for her guests, she told The Post.

“We felt discarded, disappointed and angry that they just tossed us aside to make an extra dollar for the hotel. It’s just not right,” Deanna Mifsud, 35, fumed.

Mifsud and Gary Moretti, 37, are both originally from New York, and plan to marry June 24 at Lippincott Manor in upstate Walkill, with 160 guests from throughout the country expected to attend, she said.

For the big day, the couple’s guests had a total of 30 rooms booked at The Crossroads Hotel in Newburgh, about 20 minutes from their venue.

Cry me a river.

Wow. We really do see the world differently. You honestly think it is more important for rich people to have a fancy wedding than for dozens of families to have a roof over their heads.

And those dipshits didn't actually read the contract they are trying to rhetorically invoke, if they think they can tell the hotel how to manage its reservations before the stay begins. But of course they must actually know that, or they'd be talking to a lawyer rather than the tabloids.

They should ask DeSantis for a plane ticket to Martha's Vineyard. I've heard that's a good wedding destination.

Going to the press is the best way to actually get stuff done in the country.

Hotels should hold reservations. As to these families, they should not be in this country to begin with. Asylum was meant to help people in genuine danger of political persecution. It was not meant to facilitate wholesale migration of millions who merely "want to have a better life". We need to put a freeze on asylum until the whole system can be reformed and brought into line with 21st century realities.

Are you saying there is illegal mass migration clause to a hotel contract?

Won't work; they hate Brooke Jenkins just as much.
Brooke Jenkins is not perfect - after all, she is still a fauxgressive. But she is better than Red Chesa. For one I would not think Chesa would have done the right thing regarding the Banko Brown shooting.
She also has a college degree,
So? All DAs have college and law degrees. Typical Politesse strawmanning.

and worse, she's a black woman in a position of power "too woke", and closely associated with London Breed, the current mayor of SF and another black woman in a position of power who might be president some day a well known scion of Satan.
As much as you are twisting yourself into pretzels trying to make this about race and gender, it's not about that at all. It's about philosophy and positions. Plenty of white male DAs are on the wrong side of the issues - Chesa Boudin himself, George Gascon in LA, Mike Schmidt in Portland, Larry Krassner in Philly.

Are they? [Citiation needed]

The objections are that crimes - including thefts - should be prosecuted. When you decide to go easy on thieves, they get emboldened.
Can you also clarify what you mean by being "subject to a corporate kleptocracy ruled by naked greed"? Or "unrestrained police violence against minorities and other undesirables"? Please be specific.

P.S.: London Breed "might be president some day"? Thanks for the laugh. I needed that.

Do you want the homeless man to be arrested?
You do not think public defecation should be an arrestable offense? Do you think it's a problem at all? What would Mayor Politesse do about it?

More eye rolls. If you don't want me to repeat stupid crap back at you, say smarter things. Please, don't be coy. Tell us exactly what the governor of California, Gavin Newsom, should have or could have done to prevent there being a nude woman on a heap of garbage
Instead of wasting money on useless and racist "reparations" commission, maybe he should have directed funds to deal with mental health issues afflicting many of the homeless, probably including this woman.

It's not about nudity per se, but there is time and place. People randomly taking clothes off in public is usually a sign of mental illness and/or drugs.

The bail deform was a bad law and should have been repealed a long time ago.

City and State NY said:
On Thursday evening, Hochul announced a tentative deal with legislative leaders on the $229 billion state budget and then took questions from the press. Post reporter Zach Williams asked the governor about a provision in the budget that would remove the “least restrictive means” standard that judges currently must follow when deciding whether to set bail for defendants accused of crimes. In response, the governor alluded to negative media coverage of instances in which judges did not set bail for people accused of particularly heinous crimes.
And what is wrong with that?

“As a public defender, everyone knew that judges were making bail decisions based on a fear that they’d end up on the cover of the NY Post,” he told City & State in a message on Twitter. “They’d of course never admit it. It is SHOCKING the Governor of New York just admitted that’s what’s driving her racist mass jailing fight.
How is not releasing dangerous criminals on own recognizance "racist"?

“Her saying that the framing of even any of these crimes that, quote unquote, ‘shock the conscience’ by the vile and racist New York Post should not be what we're making legislative decisions based on,” she added.
And how is NY Post "racist"? Because they disagree with LWNJ activists that criminals (including dangerous and repeat offenders) should be just released into the city? "Racist" is one of the most misused words in contemporary political discourse.
