This is like asking, "Why do you outlaw murder if you are pro free will?" In fact, this can be used in the abortion argument:

"Women should be able to kill their baby if they want to, others can choose to have the baby. So in regards to murder, if someone wants to murder someone, that's their personal choice. If someone doesn't want to murder, that's their choice as well. But, we shouldn't outlaw murder. Keep it fair as a choice for the person."

You bible specifically forbids murder. Considering the number of times god ordained ripping the babies out of pregnant mothers and the instructions on how to perform an abortion in the book of Numbers, I'd say your god is fine with abortion.
