A Bogan is

Or basically, a bogan is a male who believes his penis is about the same size as the gun in the picture. In reality it is usually the size of a gerkin. A bogan believes he is all that and a bag of chips. He has little to no class, common sense and usually brains, as well as little in the looks department. The drive big, over enhanced, powerful, LOUD cars that they believe are extensions of their imaginarily large penises. Does that help?
