FYI, the pic was in recognition of the South Sydney Rabbitohs winning the NRL grand final for the first time in 43 years.

interesting, but that doesn't tell me what the TATTOO was in recognition of...
Now, if South Sydney was near Tijuana, that'd be a different story. I know a lot of sailors with tattoo stories that include 'the last thing i remember was going into a cantina...'

Don't know about the tattoo. Was more interested in the hair.
