Maybe Freddie just forgot his safe word. #50ShadesOfFreddieGrayOf course, being negligent to allow a person in your custody to die... seems like a worse mistake.

It was mostly a pun on his name. You don't like the joke - so sue me!Right-Winger Comedic Deficiency Syndrome - Thinking merely referencing something else automatically makes it funny.

Do they (legal teams) interview jury members to see where the problem was? That doesn't seem fair to me.
They aren't done yet. The mistrial was announced yesterday. Get your knickers out of a bunch. Is it state law or judge's discretion to not release the breakdown to the public? Because when the trial of the Jonathan Ferrell killing ended in mistrial the breakdown (8-4 in favor of acquittal) was made public.
Mosby is a disgrace, just one more in the long line of disgraceful prosecutors.

And she got her comeuppance. Her ploy to railroad six cops for future political gain is collapsing. Hurrah. Enjoy the moment.

I think you also seem to think it is okay to kill black men with excessive roughness. You really need to realize that cops are not ALWAYS RIGHT. These cops killed Freddie. Unless you can tell me a very good reason for that happening, perhaps you should not crow so loud.

Qué? You think it's okay for a prosecutor to use the power of state peril to haul people into court to advance a political agenda? From the start it was publicity über alles for this prosecutor, regardless of the embarrassingly weak cases against the cops. There was clearly a rush to charge. Now it's all falling apart. Good. I hope her career is ruined.

Actually it is a very strong case against the cops. Freddie was alive and fine when he went into the van. He had a crushed spine when he came out.
While the victim wasn't lynched he did needlessly die in police custody. I'm not certain why this needs to be repeated. If he was restrained, his family wouldn't have had a large cash payout and he'd be alive.More left-wing hysteria: a hung jury is just like a lynching.
So holding the Police responsible for the needless death of someone in their custody is now a "political agenda"? I thought that would be their job?Qué? And maybe god broke his neck...Except we have evidence that he was faking injuries. Maybe he tried to make something that looked real and succeeded too well.Actually it is a very strong case against the cops. Freddie was alive and fine when he went into the van. Is there any evidence he suffered a single sustained injury?Actually it is a very strong case against the cops. Freddie was alive and fine when he went into the van. He had a crushed spine when he came out.
So how does that make a strong case against the bike cops? And that he died while in custody doesn't mean the police did anything wrong. It seems quite probable that, given the type of fatal injury, he did it to himself. The video of him before being placed in the van definitely shows his proclivity to melodrama. He's the boy who cried wolf.
