You do not have to be fair and balanced anymore no argument there. But you still have standards of decency.
And you at least have to pretend to be presenting programming that is suitable for all of the public. All ages and all ideology. Kimmel would not have a problem if he told jokes about both political views like Carson did. The problem was grinding his liberal ax grinding propaganda making it impossible for half of the public to even watch on his public air wave supposedly owned by all of the public. If the air waves are public they should not be monopolized be any ideology left or right.
I would expect "The View" to get in trouble next for the same reasons.
