Fuck CBS. They bow to trump

YOU don't understand how 'free' content on the internet is monatized. They are watching YOU. Your viewing habbits. and selling data about you.
I understand and don't care. I just enjoy youtube without adds
I don't care if you care. I am pointing out you are wrong about YT not making money on you.

I did not make any such claim, so you are wrong.
Having said that, YT can not directly sell my data to any interested party because they have no business in Russia.

Jimmy Kimmel's show, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, will return to the airwaves Tuesday (September 23) night after it was suspended "indefinitely" last week, the Walt Disney Company, ABC’s parent company, announced in a statement obtained by the New York Times on Monday (September 22).

Dude, rightly or wrongly, that [using the FCC to coerce private companies’ decisions about speech/content] is what the FCC do
Not what they were allowed to do A YEAR AGO!!
Suggestions by President Donald Trump and Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr that broadcaster licenses could be revoked over disfavored views expressed on their airwaves could run afoul of a unanimous Supreme Court decision just last year addressing alleged pressure by government officials to silence speech.

Are the standards of “public good” codified within the FCC regulations? And how exactly did Jimmy Kimmel violate these standards?
You do not have to be fair and balanced anymore no argument there. But you still have standards of decency.

And you at least have to pretend to be presenting programming that is suitable for all of the public. All ages and all ideology. Kimmel would not have a problem if he told jokes about both political views like Carson did. The problem was grinding his liberal ax grinding propaganda making it impossible for half of the public to even watch on his public air wave supposedly owned by all of the public. If the air waves are public they should not be monopolized be any ideology left or right.

I would expect "The View" to get in trouble next for the same reasons.
Unless you think Kimmel was literally indecent, your argument appears to rest on the premise that if any particular ideology is indecent to someone, shows that promote should be banned. Taken seriously, that leads to no shows of any stripe.
Or it leads to shows like the Johnny Carson tonight show. Johnny managed to be a producer of quality entertainment for everyone right or left.... simply because no one could even tell what his ideology was. You would be able to laugh along with Johnny whether you were left or right of the political spectrum. Public air waves for......everyone!

If Kimmel was not literally indecent, his message to the right was indecent. His obvious far left propaganda probably offended them even more than hard core pornography would have offended the young.

I am not surprised. Obviously, last week nobody knew how long it would take; So they had to say "indefinitely". But now we can see that pretty much everyone has stopped talking about Trump's involvement with Epstein. Job done.

Good. They don't have a constitutional right not to be offended.
