What's your all-time favorite headline?

Mine was in a Houston newspaper years ago when the Houston Oilers lost a game to the Redskins (iirc). The Houston quarterback Warren Moon was sacked like, four times by linebacker Charles Mann. So the headline read:

MANN WALKS ON MOON!

:slowclap:

Might be apocryphal
In 1926 an Austrian newspaper ran a competition for the best imaginable headline.
The winner:
Archduke Franz Ferdinand still alive - World war 1 fought by mistake.

The Kansas State Collegian once ran an article with a headline something like, "Sex Still Popular, Reasons Unknown."

My dad claims to have read about a tour boat operator who was initially held accountable for lives lost in a nautical accident, but was vindicated in the appeal.

"CAPSIZING CONVICTION OVERTURNED."

I can't reference these, heard about them on the radio last night.

"17 remain dead in morgue shooting."

and

"Bishops agree child abuse rules."
