They say they are going to launch a series of strikes on Kyiv targeting defense facilities and warned all foreigners to leave the city. Well, if they knew where these facilities were, they'd already be hitting them. It's not like any geographic locations save for specific foreign facilities have been off limits to date. So yeah, in dicked up Russiathink, this is we're are going to bomb indiscriminately.

Ukraine's drone factories are well hidden and secure. Russia has no idea where they are and couldn't damage them if they did. Every drone or missile that targets Kiev is a waste of money and resources. The only reason they attack Kiev is because they know where it is. They kill a handful of civilians while in the same 24 hours, 100 Russian soldiers die on the frontline. In the meantime, neither trains, trucks, or boats can deliver supplies to Crimea.

Ukraine has made a game out of bombing Russian oil refineries. They can strike any target in Russia and there's nothing Russia can do to stop them. You can't respond because as Elixir pointed out, it would be very bad luck for you to speak the truth.
