I thought about trying to google it many times but decided the search terms would constitute a full description. And even then it wouldn't come up.
Clearly I was mistaken.
"dog with human face" found it first page.

I had a look at that link. The size of the image would suggest that was the site that my source got it from.
My original copy came with a joke about a stray that they needed to rehome because it kept watching the teller's wife getting undressed. I was unhappy when my computer died, as regularly happens, taking all my saved emails with it.
The other image that I mourned the loss of, was a request to water the neighbour's plants, with an accompanying photo showing that it was a pretty big ask. My new found optimism made me just try to google that. No cigar.

Uh, you don't backup?
I mean, if nothing else, get an external HD and set something up to copy your "My Documents" folder to it periodically.
