Really? To me "acting like a dog" means rolling around in mud, not burying their poo, eating vomit and eating faeces. Cats might gallop up and down the hallway for a couple of minutes at an ungodly hour of the morning, but they don't keep the neighbourhood awake half the night with incessant barking.
