It's an outdoor playhouse for children to go to.
And it's got a split system air conditioner.

How is that weird? Don't kids like cool air too? Is this some air conditioner joke that only AC repairmen can understand?
If they can put AC on a car, I don't see why not in a children's playhouse:

I think the point is that kids are supposed to suffer. Most play houses are supposed to be unbearably hot and the wood should have lots of splinters and nail points sticking through. If they have luxury play houses, they will grow up spoiled and entitled.
