ICE agent charged with assault, accused of pointing a gun at civilians in Minnesota

Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr. was charged with two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and there is a warrant out for his arrest, a Minnesota prosecutor said.

On Feb. 5, Morgan was driving an SUV with no markings when he pulled up next to another vehicle and “pointed his duty weapon directly at both victims while continuing to drive illegally on the shoulder” of a highway, she said. The driver then called 911.

For “a federal agent, our opinion is that illegally driving on a shoulder, pulling up to a car and pointing a gun at the heads of two community members who are not doing anything at the time is well beyond the scope of their authority,” she said.

The prosecutor said it appeared Morgan was attempting to bypass slower traffic when the victim “briefly moved their vehicle into the shoulder to slow him down.”

The agent then pulled up to the victim’s vehicle before opening his window and pointing his duty weapon at the driver and passenger, she said.

Seems to be some assumptions here, or maybe its explained in the Spanish subtext that I can't translate:

1) How do we know the man is "MAGA"? There is no audio, Trump signs or Maga hats that I could see.
2) How do we know the delivery guy is Hispanic? How would the "MAGA guy" know?
3) How do we know the man was ready to call ICE?
4) Why is the time stamp missing while the guy is delivering, but then there's a jump cut and the time stamp appears. Is there more than one camera involved here? Was it edited out for some reason? Also, the first camera shot pans with the delivery driver, but subsequent shots are stationary. A little strange.
5) There is a 3 minute cut in the video between 1:04 and 1:07 when the guy appears. What's up with that?
6) The camera appears to be a car dash cam, given the 0 mph on the shot. Who's dash cam is it? I would presume the Amazon driver would have split immediately, so it doesn't seem likely its his. If the camera(s) belong to "Maga guy" why is releasing the footage to the public?
7) Is it possible the "MAGA guy" didn't know it was a 1am Amazon delivery and assumed it might have been a prowler he heard outside?
8) How do we know the police confirmed the driver was legally delivering packages?

This whole thing doesn't make a lot of sense. Columbo would jizz in his pants ripping this apart.

Amazon drivers being threatened with guns is a thing that happens. I know it's hard for you to venture outside your little bubble though.

Stupid people. Use some inkling of your brains. The amazon delivery dude is probably not a problem. And if you're seriously determined, your part is done as soon as you call ICE. After that, it's not your problem.

I'm really getting tired of... well... everyone. I swear everyone has brain worms and their gray matter is rotting.

I've been told that before but I don't know that the Japanese people were called zipper heads after 1950.

At the time I started using it I didn't realize it was a slur. i just wanted something unique back when usernames were limited to 8 characters.

No, that stuff is suggested by right-wing media and the people that pushed the "stand your ground" laws (which were well above the pre-existing self-defense laws) that seemingly encouraged people to interject themselves into situations as such.
